The core machinery used in this process includes the 3LPE pipe machine, which is designed to apply three layers of coating to pipes efficiently. This machine ensures uniform distribution of the coatings, which consist of an adhesive layer, a polyethylene layer, and a final external coating. The internal coating machine plays a critical role in this process by applying a protective coating to the inside of the pipe, further enhancing its resistance to corrosion.
For optimal results, the pipes must first be prepared. The internal shot blasting machine and internal pipe blasting equipment are employed to clean and roughen the internal surface of the pipe. This prepares the pipe for the coating process by ensuring a strong bond between the pipe surface and the coating material.
