The first product obtained in 2019, Huashida PE960-1880 insulation pipe production line, has core technology at the leading level in China, and many innovations and design concepts fill the domestic gaps. Among them, 4 core technologies such as solid-liquid phase separation screw, spiral diversion head, DCL human-machine dialogue technology, and vacuum box external manipulator technology are the first or first application in the industry. This product is also the only production line in China that can manufacture 1880mm ultra-large diameter insulation pipes.
The first product obtained in 2021, Huashida's 426-1220 elbow winding 3PE anti-corrosion production line, is the first domestic variable-caliber elbow 3PE anti-corrosion precision processing equipment. The core technology is at the leading level in China, and many innovative points and design concepts fill the domestic gaps, realizing the precise processing of elbow 3PE anti-corrosion and automatic adaptation to product specifications. It can replace the current processing method of elbow 3PE anti-corrosion, which is mainly manual winding spraying. It solves the technical shortcomings of low machining accuracy, small range of processable pipe diameters, low degree of automation and continuity, low level of industrialization, and serious waste of raw materials, significantly improving the anti-corrosion effect of elbows and overcoming the key problems that restrict the quality of pipeline anti-corrosion.
The first product obtained in 2022 - Huashida's one-step spray winding production line's polyurethane online continuous mixing foaming technology, insulation pipe foam automatic foaming technology, large-diameter flow coating foaming technology, automatic precision spraying technology, steel pipe automatic tracking technology, steel pipe automatic online technology, pipeline interface automatic processing technology, etc. are all independently developed. The overall performance of the product has reached the domestic leading level, and many innovations and design concepts have filled the domestic gap. It is mainly used for the continuous manufacturing and processing of large-scale spray winding insulation pipes, with a production pipe diameter range of 508-1880mm, an insulation layer thickness range of 30-120mm, and a daily output of up to 2200 meters.
The first product obtained in 2023, Huashida Intelligent Steel Pipe Internal and External Epoxy Resin Anticorrosion Production Line, has carried out independent innovation in many aspects such as structure and process, and has achieved breakthroughs in core technologies such as internal and external epoxy synchronous coating, small volume and high-load transmission wheel, small pipe high-speed internal shot blasting and rust removal, ultra-large pipe special transmission equipment and spraying process, and digital coating control. It solves the common problems of domestic epoxy resin spraying equipment, such as the need for secondary heating, two-step processing, anti-rotational impact and poor bearing capacity. The overall performance of the product has reached the domestic leading level. Compared with similar products, it adopts advanced internal and external synchronous technology and small volume and high-load-bearing structure, achieving a more perfect balance of processing specification range, processing speed, spraying effect and equipment layout.
The first product obtained in 2024, Huashida One-step Flow Coating PERT Insulated Pipe Production Line, can composite the inner pipe, polyurethane foam insulation layer and sheath layer at one time, effectively handle large-area flow coating work, and achieve continuous and uninterrupted production, significantly shortening the production cycle and improving production efficiency. The development of a flow coating insulation guide mold can accurately control the accuracy, tolerance and set the thickness of the foam layer, without being restricted by the inner tube material. This solves the problem of being unable to detect the foam thickness when the "one-step" process of insulation pipes is applied to PERT pipe production.
