Recently, the construction method of dragging pipe was adopted in a thermal insulation pipeline construction in Xinji City, Hebei Province. So the customer specially purchased more than 1000 sets of HDPE heat shrink clouser coupler from Huashida.
Huashida PU foaming pre-insulation pipe uses seamless heat shrink tape, does not need electric power supply, and is baked with flame torch. The construction process is simple and easy to operate, and there are no strict technical requirements for welding workers. After the pipe fitting shrinks, it can be closely connected with the pipe, which can fully meet the standard of sealing detection. If the end of the insulation pipe is deformed during transportation or unpredictable problems occur in the foaming process, resulting in the heat shrink clouser welding gas tight test not passing 100%, 100mm wide heat shrinkable belt can also be selected on both sides of the seamless hot melt sleeve for auxiliary reinforcement, so as to ensure that the interface can pass the gas tight test 100%.
