Kazakhstan customers purchase 3LPE anti-corrosion equipment from Huashida again
Recently, another 3LPE steel pipe winding anti-corrosion coating production line was sent to Kazakhstan. This is the third coating equipment purchased by the customer from Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. in the past five years. This time they purchase line for pipe dia. 108-1020mm. This line not only has faster production speed, but also has dual functions of wrapping and winding, which brings customers greater market share and better economic benefits.
In 2018, they bought a small-diameter 3LPE production line, with a pipe diameter of 57-325mm and a cladding process. The feature of this equipment is that the steel pipe goes straight forward without rotation when undergoing PE process, and at the same time, the extruder extrudes O-type PE film to cover the steel pipe. The small tube itself is light in weight and runs straight forward with stable and fast speed. Taking the pipe diameter 325mm as an example, 12-meter-long steel pipes can produce 3-4 steel pipes per hour. An 80-kilometer oil pipeline worth US$150 million can be produced in two months. Using Huashida's production line, combined with the rich local oil and gas resources, they quickly occupied a place in the local anti-corrosion steel pipe market.
