Recently, a steel pipe internal and external epoxy anti-corrosion production line specially serving the water resources allocation project in Western Chongqing was officially put into operation in Yongchuan District, Chongqing. This is a project designed and produced by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huashida) and successfully cooperated with Chongqing Powerchina RoadBridge Group Co., Ltd. the main production diameter will reach 2600mm, which meets the national requirements for drinking water quality standards.
The West Chongqing water transmission project is a major livelihood project with the largest investment, the widest coverage and the largest beneficiary population in Chongqing's history. It has a total length of 448 kilometers, a total investment of 14.345 billion yuan, a total construction period of 54 months, an annual water supply of 1 billion cubic meters, benefiting nearly 10 million people and enjoying the policy support of 172 major water conservancy projects. It is characterized by high requirements, strict standards and heavy responsibilities of the project units participating in the construction. Therefore, when designing and manufacturing the anti-corrosion steel pipe production line, Huashida mainly considers that while solving the problem of production speed and ensuring that the project can be promoted on time, it also needs to solve the problems of internal and external rust removal and epoxy powder spraying, so as to ensure that the produced steel pipe meets the requirements of the national first-class water transportation standard. From the current production effect, it has achieved the expected goal and obtained the recognition of the investor.
