Huashida Dia.315mm Pre-insulation pipe equipment start to produce within one week
It is now the early winter season in China, and the customer has received a project from the heating power company. For the supplying heating projects, pre-buried insulation pipes dia.315mm are used. Because the order is urgent, customers must have insulation pipe equipment in the factory to get the order from the heating company. So the customer’s boss waited for three days in Huashida’s factory for the pre-insulation pipe equipment.
On the evening of October 21, 2021, the 315mm thermal insulation pipe equipment will be loaded at the Huashida plant. At the same time, a commissioning engineer will be dispatched to rush to the customer's factory with the truck. Once the equipment arrives, the engineer will guide the assembly and commissioning.
The customer signed the contract with the thermal company while arranging production. With the careful assembly of engineer Ma Zhili, the equipment was quickly debugged and successfully delivered on October 28th. Although the equipment has just started production and operation, the production rate has reached nearly 100 24 hours a day. As soon as the test run was successful, it was put into normal production, and as many pipes as they were pulled out were transported away. Huashida's insulation pipe equipment has won orders for customers.
